Yesterday morning, I discovered my dryer vent was clogged. I searched for companies with excellent reviews and decided on Dynasty Ducts. The company scheduled me for this morning 9-10am. Gus came this morning shortly after 9am. He took the time to explain what he was doing, he offered options and he showed me the results of his work. He did an excellent job. And, when it came time to pay, the fee was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. In addition, Gus took the time to explain how the company could also come back to clean my HVAC duct.
